세포 부유액을 젤리화 시켜 슬라이드 표본으로 제작하는 키트

소량의 세포를 포함한 세포 부유액을 젤리화시켜 슬라이드에 붙여 표본을 제작하기 위한 시약입니다. 

세포 부유액 및 시약을 섞어 슬라이드에 바르는 것만으로 몇 분 안에 슬라이드 표본을 제작할 수 있습니다.

Smear Gell is a reagent kit for attaching cells and making a slide preparation with easy handling with no equipment necessary such as a cytospin centrifuge. After mixing cell suspension and solution on a slide glass, the mixture is made into a form of gel immediately and attached on the slide glass without changing its morphology. 

This kit is suitable for morphological analysis or immunostaining of cells in culturing, before/after processing cell sorting.
It is easy to make slide preparation from extremely small amount of cells and non-adherent cells.

※ APS 코트 이외의 유리 슬라이드는 Smear Gell을 펼칠 때 슬라이드 코팅이 벗겨져 관찰에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.

Features 

 

• Cytospin centrifuge 등의 장비를 이용하지 않고 세포를 있는 그대로의 형태로 슬라이드 표면에 붙일 수 있으며, 도말 표본 제작과 같은 숙련된 기술이 필요하지 않습니다.
• 파라핀 (동결) 블록 및 절편 제작의 번거로움이 없습니다.
• 슬라이드로 취급하므로 고정(fixation) 이후의 염색 과정 등의 조작이 용이합니다.
• 세포에 독성을 나타내는 화합물은 포함되어 있지 않으므로 안심하고 사용하실 수 있습니다.
• 적용 : Giemsa stain, HE 염색, 면역세포 화학염색 (발색 · 형광) 등

적용 시료 예 

 

• 세포분리기(cell sorter)로 분취한 세포
• 비고착성 세포(Non-adherent cells)
• 직경 50 μm 이하의 세포 덩어리(cell mass) (예: spheroid culture cells)
