본 상품은 펩타이드를 기반으로 한 세포 내로의 단백질 형질전환 시약입니다. 세포막 투과정이 매우 우수하며 단백질-운반체 복합체 형성이 잘 됩니다.
"Prote-in" is a peptide-base protein transfection reagent for cells. This reagent has the excellent ability of membrane penetration and formulation of protein-transporter complex.
Peptide transporter "Prote-in" consists of 3 region of peptide sequences - Hydrophobic region, Linker and Cell Penetrating Peptide (CPP) area. Hydrophobic region binds to Proteins. CPP region helps to corporate the protein-transporter complex into cytoplasm by binding to heparan sulfate proteoglycan on the cell surface. As transporter and protein do not bind covalently, protein function is maintained.
