H10, biotinylated

Cat.# PP-010 / Size: 1mg

Structure:

Biotin-Gly-Gly-Gly-Ser-Gly-Met-Lys-Met-Gln-Val-Arg-Ile-Tyr-Leu-Val-OH

Activity:

Biotinylated version of anterior gradient 2 (AGR2) binding peptide H10

Description:

H10, biotinylated is the N-terminal biotinylated version of the anterior gradient 2 (AGR2) binding peptide H10 (MKMQVRIYLV) which was identified by mRNA display from a complex (>1011) library. AGR2 is a cancer-associated protein and increased levels of extracellular AGR2 (eAGR2) have been correlated with poor prognosis in cancer patients, making it a potential biomarker. H10 possesses high affinity binding to AGR2 with a KD of 6.4 nM, and has been used as the capture reagent in an AGR2 ELISA. H10 can also inhibit cancer cell migration in breast and prostate cancer cell lines.
