Storage
Store it under sterile conditions at -20 to -80 ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Endotoxin Level
< 0.1 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Applications

Pharmaceutical Preparations
Hyaluronidase promotes the drug to break through the physical barrier of the extracellular matrix to achieve subcutaneous administration. Hyaluronidase is clinically used as a drug penetrant to promote drug absorption.
Tumor Microenvironment
Recombinant human hyaluronidase was introduced to target HA in the tumor microenvironment to treat tumors.
Gene Therapy
The use of hyaluronidase opens channels in the extracellular matrix, thereby enhancing the delivery of gene therapy.
