Mold Cooling Plate는 1mm 단차를 통해 파라핀 샘플 제작시 시료의 위치와 방향을 자유자재로 조절할 수 있게 해 줍니다! (1mm 단차가 있는 plate 상단으로 시료와 파라핀이 담긴 mold를 이동시키면 그 접촉면에서부터 파라핀은 굳게 됨)

Mold cooling plate (Embedding base mold cooling plate) is a useful device for making paraffin blocks.
Normally, a mold containing samples and paraffin is placed on the full flat cooling plate or bench. However, this method is difficult to control the hardening speed of paraffin, then fine control of sample position or direction was not possible.

 

Our mold cooling plate has the unique appearance : There is a 1 mm difference of step on the plate.
By adjusting the position of mold on the step, solidification speed is controllable.
