CNATM program and tailor-made mRNA solutions

Welcome to the latest issue of our mRNA newsletter! In this issue, we would like to give you exciting insights into our CNATM program and our modern mRNA configuration service from baseclick.

 

The CNATM program

The CNATM (Customized Nucleic Acid Therapeutics and Manufacturing) program is a pioneering project aimed at developing customized therapeutic solutions for a variety of diseases. Our focus is on researching and manufacturing nucleic acid-based therapies that are specifically tailored to the genetic profile of the individual patient. By using state-of-the-art bioinformatics and genomics, we can develop precise treatment approaches that significantly increase the efficacy and safety of therapies. The CNATM program has already made remarkable progress in preclinical and clinical development.

Our mRNA configuration service

baseclick is part of the CNATM program and offers to the network special mRNA service. This service is also offered to the customers. Using state-of-the-art technologies, , we offer modifications such as the insertion of alkynes, azides or amino groups at the 5’- and 3’-ends as well as within the mRNA sequence. These modifications allow bioconjugation with chemical moieties such as targeting agents (tri-GalNaC for liver targeting, tri-mannose for immune cell targeting,  etc.), dendrimers, dyes, haptens and may more.
