BioFil™ Syringe Filter

BioFil™ syringe filters design with a layer of prefilter. Ideal for filtering the solutions with a high load of particulate matter. 

All the Syringe filters are well packed, with competitive price filters. The membranes range from Nylon, PTFE, PVDF, Regenerated Cellulose(RC)  to PP, which are supplied in 13mm and 25mm no virgin medical PP housings.

BioFil 시린지 필터는 ultrasonic welded type으로 내구성이 우수하고 2 layer filter(GF pre-filter & micromembrane filter)를 장착하여 다수의 입자를 가진 용액 여과에도 잘 대응 합니다. 본 시린지 필터로 HPLC 시료를 여과 후, 모든 UV 영역에서 외래성 피크가 발생하지 않아 안정합니다. 시료에 포함된 불순물 입자 및 미생물을 빠르고 간편하게 제거할 수 있습니다.

Step 3: Choose the suitable pore size based on the nature of your sample

Removal of high particulate matter with a pre filter is critical before any drug, toxic, or dirty environmental sample is filtered to ensure the highest syringe filter membrane performance.
Generally, 0.45 μm porosity filters are used to remove particulates from samples and mobile phase solutions.

For Sterile-filtration, a 0.20 μm porosity filter can be used.
