Kaneka High-Speed DNA Polymerase

Kaneka High-Speed DNA Polymerase shortens extention time of PCR.

DNA polymerase with excellent amplification efficiency and speed. 

Tolerance to impurities.

・ Excellent DNA amplification efficiency

   - Kaneka High-Speed DNA Polymerase can amplify DNA from a tiny amount of template DNA.

     Therefore, it is suitable for not only regular PCR, but also colony PCR or detection of microbe.

・ High speed DNA amplification

   - Extention time is 5 seconds/1kb (under 2kb amplification condition).

・ Kaneka High-Speed DNA Polymerase  (50 μL x 1)

・ 10X Kaneka High-Speed DNA Polymerase Buffer  (500 μL x 1)

・ 2 mM dNTPs (500 μL x 1)

Kaneka High-Speed DNA Polymerase can amplify DNA under extention time

5 seconds protocol. However, other polymerase cannot do it.

DNA from plants are extracted and amplified using Kaneka High-Speed DNA Polymerase or others.

Kaneka High-Speed DNA Polymerase can amplify DNA from impure samples.

Reaction mixture was prepared using λ DNA (6.7 ng) as a template in accordance

with the "PCR reaction mixture preparation example" above and  PCR was performed  using

T3000 Thermocycler (Biometra). Extension time : 30 seconds was applied

when the amplification length was shorter than 1 kb, or 30 seconds / 1 kb when

 the amplification length was longer than 1 kb.

Reaction mixture was prepared using λ DNA (6.7 ng) as a template in accordance with the "PCR reaction

mixture preparation example" above and PCR was performed using T3000 Thermocycler (Biometra).

Extension time : 5 seconds was applied when the amplification length was shorter than 1 kb,

or 5 seconds / 1 kb when the amplification length was longer than 1 kb.
