Oxazole ring containing nitrogen and oxygen atoms is considered as prime scaffold for the drug discovery. This unique structure nature of oxazole moiety endows its derivatives exerting diverse weak interactions such as hydrogen bonds, coordination bonds, p-p stacking, hydrophobic effect, van der Waals force and so on, and thus oxazole-based compounds display extensively potential applications in medicinal chemistry[1]. Oxazole is the key component of many naturally occurring compounds in the nature and embrace a broad domain of pharmacological activities such as anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic, anti-fungal, anti-diabetic, anti-cancer, anti-tubercular, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, etc. Therefore, they can be used as a prime compound in the pharmaceutical industry to synthesize various drugs to reduce and eliminate the impact of different fatal diseases and improvement of human health[2-8].
