TargetMol's FACS Antibodies are coming!

Flow cytometry is a technique that utilizes a flow cytometer to perform multiparametric analysis on rapidly flowing cells or particles. It enables quantitative detection and classification of proteins, DNA, RNA, and other components on the cell surface and within the cell, while also allowing for cell sorting.

 

Flow cytometry antibodies (FACS Antibodies) are specifically designed for flow cytometry to detect and analyze specific proteins on the cell surface or inside cells. These antibodies are usually fluorescently labeled, and the flow cytometer detects the fluorescence signals to identify and analyze cell characteristics. Flow cytometry can be conducted using directly labeled antibodies (e.g., FITC, PE, APC) or indirectly with unlabeled antibodies.
