High Integrity RNA Purification: Designed to purify total RNA longer than 200 bases from various sources (animal tissues, bacteria cells, cell cultures) using a denaturing lysis buffer with guanidine thiocyanate to inactivate RNases, ensuring intact RNA molecules.

Selective Binding and Efficient Impurity Removal: Ethanol facilitates selective binding of RNA to a silica membrane column, while impurities are efficiently washed away during the purification process.

DNA Contamination Prevention: Includes DNase I treatment directly on the silica membrane of the binding column to prevent DNA contamination, resulting in high-quality RNA eluted in RNase-free water.
