세포를 항체로 자극할 때 보통의 경우 cell culture microplate에 항체를 고정하여 진행합니다.

그러나 이 방법은 많은 양의 세포를 이용할 경우에 매우 번거롭고 힘든 작업이 됩니다.

본 상품은 이러한 작업을 간편하고 빠르게 진행할 수 있도록 합니다.

Bag 안쪽에 항체 용액을 넣어 간단히 Bag 내벽에 항체를 고정 후, 바로 세포를 넣고 활성화 배양을 진행하면 됩니다. 

그런 다음 세포 증식이 필요한 경우, NIPRO Cell Culture Bags에 옮겨 배양 할 수 있습니다.    

When stimulating cells by antibodies, antibodies are immobilized on cell culture microplate.
However, this method involves hard work if many cells are required to be stimulated on many microplates should be used.

Just put antibody solution, antibodies are immobilized on inside of the bag and after that, cells can be cultured in this closed bag system.

Overview of handling procedure

(A) Antibody immobilization

1. Close all 3 crumps and fill antibody solution from Port (2).
2. Incubate the bag (> 24 hours) at room temperature.
3. Open Port (2) and drain antibody solution.
4. Seal two parts of the line of Port (2).

(B) Activation culture
Fill cell suspension and medium through Port (3)

(C) Transfer to NIPRO cell culture bag (#87-302 / NIPRO Culture Bag A-1000NL or #87-352 / NIPRO Culture Bag A-350NL)

When doing expansion culture after (B), connect needleless port of culture bag to Port (4) of antibody immobilization bag and transfer cell suspension.
