NIPRO Cell Culture Bags 

Cell culture bag that has great ability of gas permeability

 

 

NIPRO's cell culture bag has excellent gas permeability. 

This is suitable for the culture of suspension cells such as lymphocytes and hybridoma.

 

Features 

• High gas permeability

• High cell culture ability : Mass cell culture is possible with high density (1~3 x 10^6 cells/mL) in the bag.

• High safety : Substances give bad effect for cell culture, such as plasticizing agent, leaching substances 

  and eluted substance are not contained in the bag. Each bag is received leaking test and  non pyrogen (<0.5 EU/mL).

• Sterilized by gamma irradiation.

• High transparency : Film has high transparency for microscope observation.

• Needleless support : Reagents and sampling can be done without needle.

   * PLEASE USE LOCK TYPE SYRINGE.

• Two bags can be connected by using connecting tube (option).

• Two sizes are available:

   #87-352  Culture Bag A-350NL   =    350 mL 
   #87-302  Culture Bag A-1000NL =  1000 mL

 

 

Right port (the longest tube) = Injection / Collection port : port for filling or collecting medium or cell suspension

Center Port = Sampling port : port for sampling (e.g. cell counting) or adding reagents to medium.(Please use lock type syringe)

Left port (the shortest tube) = Connection port : port for connecting two bags by using connecting tube (#87-360) for expansion culture or use this port for collecting cultured cells.
